The purpose of the Andover High School Fastpitch Booster Club is to serve and support the Andover High School Girls’ Fastpitch Softball Program by enhancing the fastpitch softball experience both off and on the field. The Booster Club strives to accomplish this by devoting time and resources to meet the softball program needs. Fundraising endeavors are a primary objective. It serves as a liaison between the coaches, parents, players, the high school, and the Andover community. The Booster Club seeks to provide events which augment the athletic contests and to build team unity such as special game events and social activities. Booster Club members provide enthusiastic fan support to the team while fostering cooperation and good sportsmanship as governed by the Minnesota State High School League.

BOOSTER CLUB MEETINGS

ANDOVER FASTPITCH BOOSTER BOARD OPENING As we head into the 2020-21 season we have one opening on the Andover High School Fastpitch Booster Club Board: Treasurer (2- year term). Treasurer - shall be responsible for keeping accurate financial records for the Club. The Treasurer shall be responsible for the depositing of all money, drafts and checks in the name of and to the credit of the Club in such banks and depositories as the Board designates. The Treasurer shall have power to endorse for deposit all notes, checks and drafts received by the corporation and issue checks and drafts in the name of the corporation as ordered by the Board. The Treasurer shall render to the Board whenever requested an account of all transactions as Treasurer and of the financial condition of the corporation. If one or more assistant treasurers are elected or appointed by the Board, the Treasurer may delegate thereto any of the foregoing duties. The next Board Meeting is scheduled for February 22, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. via virtual meeting.
