ALLATOONA HIGH SCHOOL CHEERLEADING BOOSTER CLUB INCORPORATED

Hello and welcome to the Allatoona High School Cheerleading Booster Club profile! We are a federal and state sanctioned club that supports High School and youth cheerleading programs for the Ackworth, GA area. More specifically we work closely with the Allatoona High School Cheerleading Program to help them achieve their goals and build the school Cheerleading Program to be one of the premiere Cheerleading teams in the United States. We regularly meet with Allatoona High School administration and Cheerleading coaches to help them fill both financial and volunteer gaps for the Cheerleading Team. The purpose of this organization is to support Allatoona High School Cheerleading by promoting student and parent involvement. This means coordinating supporting activities, encouraging attendance at cheer related functions, providing financial support for these services along with facilities and equipment not provided by the school, ensuring recognition for the program and the cheerleaders, and increase enjoyment of fans at all sports activities. The Allatoona High School Cheerleading Booster Club is a non-profit organization. Our booster is run by the executive board who is chosen by the coaches from the general membership. We have a basic structure that involves a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Community Relations Officer, Special Events Director, and all Allatoona High School Cheerleading Coaches. The Executive Board is responsible for the general welfare of the Organization and the Organizations actions. Regular meetings will be held at a maximum of four times during the school year. Special meetings can be called by the Executive Board or Head Cheerleading Coach, as needed. If there is no pending business of the organization, regular meetings can be canceled by the action of the Executive Board. However, there will be no less than one regular meeting per quarter. All meetings will be held at Allatoona High School. Along with raising money and supporting the Allatoona High School Cheerleading Program, the members of the Allatoona High School Cheerleading Booster Club will be responsible for; Planning and hosting events such as the annual Little Bucs Cheer Camp, appointing someone to run the Social Media Committee, Buc Bash Committee, and finding possible Chaperones for the organizations official functions/events. In addition to running regular fundraising events, the Allatoona High School Cheerleading Booster Club also helps coordinate and bring in local sponsors to help support the Allatoona High School Cheerleading Team.  Our Sponsors not only enjoy supporting their local community through school athletics, but receive promotional visibility in exchange for their support.  We are always interested in new sponsors as we continue to grow the Allatoona High School and Youth Cheerleading Team in the Acworth, Georgia area. The Purpose of the Allatoona High School Cheerleading Program is to promote and uphold school spirit, develop a sense of good sportsmanship among students, and strive for better relationships between schools during all athletic events. In our program, we have three different teams; Varsity Football/Competition Team, Varsity Basketball, and JV Football.
