Booostr Contact Manager CRM is an easy to use CRM for Nonprofits.

Introduction

Managing Your Contacts Just Got Easier With Booostr Contact Manager

If you spend a lot of time working with your organization’s contacts, even small improvements to your CRM can make a noticeable difference. That’s exactly what we’re working on with the latest Booostr Contact Manager CRM update. We’ve made some changes to the List View to make it easier to work with your contacts, see how many contacts you have and control how much information you’re looking at on each page.

A Better Way to Work With Your Contact List

The Contact Manager List View is where you can quickly browse through the contacts in your organization, and we’ve made a few updates to make that experience more useful. You can now adjust the number of results shown per page, giving you more control over how you work through a larger contact list.

We’ve also added an easy way to see your total number of contacts at a glance. When you’re managing hundreds, thousands or even more contacts, knowing the size of your database without having to dig around for that information is a small thing that can make the whole experience feel easier.

Your Nonprofit CRM Should Work the Way You Do

Of course, the List View is just one part of Booostr Contact Manager. We built the CRM to give small nonprofits, booster clubs and PTOs the flexibility to organize their contacts in a way that actually makes sense for their organization.

You can have unlimited contacts and organize them using groups and tags, add notes and create custom fields for the information that’s important to your team. You can also search and filter your contacts using multiple points, making it easier to find the people you’re looking for without scrolling through your entire database.

You can even customize your Contact Manager Default View so the information you care about most is right there when you open your contact list.

Small Improvements That Make a Big Difference

We know that managing contacts isn’t usually the part of running a nonprofit that gets anyone excited. But when you’re a volunteer juggling fundraising, events, communications, sponsors and everything else, having your information organized and easy to access can save a surprising amount of time.

That’s what we like about updates like this. We’re continually looking for ways to make Booostr easier to use, while giving you the tools you need to manage your organization without adding more work to your volunteer plate.

And Contact Manager is connected to the rest of Booostr, so your contacts can work with the other tools you’re already using across the platform.

Ready to Make Contact Management Easier?

You shouldn’t have to pay a separate subscription just to get a nonprofit CRM that can handle your organization’s contacts. Booostr now has a $0 subscription, and every tool is included, including Contact Manager.

You get unlimited contacts and unlimited email sends, along with free migration, setup and support. The goal is to help you increase supporters and revenue while making your volunteer job easier.
