One of the earliest and most basic features of Booostr is the FREE Club or Organization profile page on Booostr. Every organization that is approved for Booostr tool access, automatically receives a free Booostr Profile Page for their organization. What once started off as a pretty simple page on the web, has morphed into a Profile Page on steroids. No matter if your organization needs an online presence that is easier to manage than a website, OR your organization wants to capitalize on Booostr’s SEO presence – Booostr Profile Pages help small nonprofits increase their visibility, revenue and supporter engagement. The best part? We just released a video showing you how to supercharge your organization’s FREE Booostr profile page to ensure you are taking maximum advantage.
No matter the type of organization, nonprofits, booster clubs, membership organizations and PTOs love Booostr Profile pages because at the very least they boost their SEO rankings. There have been many times when an organization WITH a website signs up for Booostr and their Free Profile starts outperforming their website in search results. Not only are Booostr Profile Pages SEO friendly, they are also AEO friendly as well – meaning they are designed to be indexed and utilized by Artificial Intelligence (AI) search engines and chat agents.
In addition to improving small nonprofit SEO and AEO positioning, Booostr Profile Pages also help ensure even the smallest nonprofits, booster clubs, PTOs and membership organizations have an online presence. No coding needed, just update information and add the Booostr Tools your need to your profile page navigation and you are good to go! No matter if an organization is in the process of building a website or has no interest in managing a full website – Booostr Profile Pages help ensure supporters have a way to find and engage with the organization.

If your organization has a Booostr Profile Page or is getting ready to set up a Booostr Profile Page, you should understand how to maximize the profile page system on Booostr to your organization’s benefit. No matter if your nonprofit, booster club, PTO or membership organization is using the Free or PRO subscription level – your team will have access to its Booostr Profile Page.
When you are writing your nonprofits description, we highly recommend taking the time to write out at least 300 words or more talking about your organization. It does not have to be a single paragraph, in fact it is better to break it up into sections – especially if you are going longer than 300 words. Make sure that your description is easy to read, informative and truthfully talks about your organization. This will allow your Booostr Profile Page to rank even better with both Search Engines and AI Search and Chat Agents (AEO). Here are some topic ideas to include in your description:
When your organization’s Booostr Profile Page is published, you will notice it lists the activities you selected and the tags you added to the profile. You want to make sure both of these are accurate – especially if you were quickly getting the profile page approved. Both the listed activities and the tags support your SEO and AGI Search/Chat Agent positioning. Be careful though, as you need to make sure that the activities you select and the tags you add are relevant to your nonprofit and its mission.
Best practices for selecting activities, is to select only the activities your organization actively participates in. If you are a single sport booster club, you may only select that sport. However if you are a school Athletic Booster Club you might select 15 sports. The reason we not to be careful, is if you select sports unrelated to your organization – Search and AGI engines may actually ding your profile and suppress it.
Similar to selecting your organization’s activities, when adding your tags, you want to make sure they are related to your nonprofit and it’s mission. At most you want to add no more than 15-20 tags. Generally speaking keeping it to around 10 or less very relevant tags is best practice. Like choosing activities, if you add a large number of tags that are unrelated to your nonprofit, Search and AGI engines may suppress your profile page.
With the basics of your profile set, you can now shift your attention to the Page Manager. Even if your nonprofit, booster club, PTO or Membership Organization is building a website – you should still add at least 2 additional pages to your Booostr Profile Page. The primary reason is that Booostr Profile Page SEO is so strong, you want to make sure you have fully supported it and offered information to your supporters that are coming to the landing page. You have the ability to add the following additional pages to your Organization’s Booostr Profile Page:
Booostr Events Calendar
When you add your events to the Booostr Events Calendar tool, you can feature your calendar on a Profile Page Tab.
Booostr Ecommerce Store
Once you have set up your Booostr Store, you can then make the store live on your nonprofit’s Booostr Profile Page and supporters can purchase right from your profile page!
