We’ve added a new QR Code Sharing interface to Form Manager that makes it easier to create and manage QR codes for your forms. The key difference is simple: you can create one QR code and change its destination link later without creating a new QR code.

You can send people to the form’s default Booostr landing page, or, if you’ve embedded the form somewhere else, use a custom URL. If you make a mistake or decide to change where people should go after the QR code has already been shared, just update the destination in Booostr. The QR code stays the same.

That’s especially helpful when you’re working with printed materials. Instead of replacing flyers, signs or other materials because a form link changed, you can update the destination and keep using the QR code you’ve already distributed.

Share Your Forms Wherever Your Supporters Are

Once you’ve created your QR code, you can easily share it through email, social media and other channels, or use it on printed materials around your organization.

A membership drive can have a QR code on an event table. A sponsor form can be included on a sponsorship packet. A volunteer signup can be posted at a meeting or event. It gives supporters a quick way to get to the right form without having to type a long URL.
