In many cases, forms are meant to be public and shared with as many people as possible. However, in other cases, and organization may want to limit who can access a particular form. Booostr Form Manager has multiple privacy settings that can be adjusted per form including:
Public
This allows the form to be filled out by anyone that has the link to the form landing page.
Password Protected
When applying Password Protected security, your organization can apply a password that has to be entered to gain access to the form. Only people with the form link AND correct password will be able to access the form.
Limit to Specific Contacts
When applying Limit to Specific Contacts security, your organization can choose specific individuals from Booostr Contact Manager that will have access to the form. Those people selected, will need to be logged into their Booostr User account to access the form. Anyone that is not selected to have access AND/OR is not logged in will not be able to access the form.
Limit to Specific Contact Groups
When applying Limit to Specific Contact Groups security, your organization can choose specific contact groups from Booostr Contact Manager that will have access to that form. Only contacts that are a part of those Contact Groups will be able to access the form. Those contact will also need to be logged into their Booostr User account to access the form.

Default Unremovable Form Elements
A key feature of Booostr Form Manager Default Forms is that they include Specific Unremovable Form Elements (fields) that help define the basic fields required for the Default Form type. While these fields are not able to be removed, the details (ie labels, element order) can be edited to match your brand.
Add Additional Fields
Beyond the Default Fields, organizations are able to customize Default Forms further by adding additional fields as needed.
