After you create your user account, simply click on Submit New Profile button in your user account menu (hover over your logged in username in the upper right corner). That will take you to the submission page.  Once you have submitted your organization profile, our team will approve or deny it usually within 24-48 hours.

Absolutely! Once your organization is approved, you can manage your profile and your organization's tools by hovering over your user name (upper right corner) and clicking on Go To Dashboard. Once in the Dashboard, you can edit your profile via the left side menu under Management Tools >> Manage profile.

At this time as many as you actually do manage in real life. Every profile you submit does need to be approved. If you are added as a profile manager to an existing profile on Booostr, you will see that new profile as an option when you click Go To Dashboard in your user account menu.

At this time there are no limit on the number of co-profile managers an organization can have helping to manage their profile on Booostr. We highly suggest choosing co-profile managers with care as they will have full access like yourself.

If you want to cancel your PRO subscription, simply reach out to us via email before your subscription ends and we will cancel it. Please note for monthly subscriptions we do require a 10 business day notice of cancellation. If it is less than that before your monthly subscription renews, your subscription will be cancelled after the final renewal. For Annual Renewals we require a 10 business day advanced notice to cancel your annual subscription. Notification of cancellation that is not at least 10 days before the cancellation will be renewed for one final month after the renewal date.

For Booostr Free plans we allow up to 150 contacts within a contact manager. Your team will have full access to all contact manager features but the number will be capped at 150 contacts. For PRO Subscription we currently do not have any limit to the number of contacts in your Booostr Contact Manager CRM.
