Introduction

Well it’s Thanksgiving week and here we are, still pushing out updates! We are so so so SOOO excited to release our NEW  Financial Manager Easy Online Bill Pay system!  This is a huge update for any organization trying to manage regular billing, fees, dues and just random payments that need to be paid! We thought it was a great way to welcome in the season with an ALL NEW feature to make running your booster club, PTO, small nonprofit or membership organization that much easier!

What does Booostr Easy Online Bill Pay Do?

Primarily Booostr Easy Online Bill Pay should make it easier to invoice and receive funds for your organization. Instead of using a separate app, spreadsheet or email and phone communication to track and get paid, Booostr Easy Online Bill Pay in combination with Booostr Financial Manager tracks payment status and now helps you receive payments easier and quicker.  What makes Booostr Easy Online Bill Pay so powerful is that it’s fully integrated into all of your key Booostr systems. Based on those integrations, here are the basics on how it works:

1. Create an Accounts Receivable Invoice in Financial Manager
2. In the creation process choose to email the invoice to the contact (payee)
3. Payee receives invoice with the OPTION to pay the invoice online
4. Clicking the online Bill Pay button, they can then verify their information through their unique link
5. After verification, they can then view all of their outstanding owed invoices to your organization
6. Payee can then pay any invoice in part or full
7. Payee and your Organization will receive notification of every payment made.

That’s it! A pretty simple solution for your team to create invoices and quickly receive payments, while ensuring all of the engagement is tracked per tool and per CRM contact.
