The Apex Gymnastics Booster Club is a dedicated, parent-led organization based in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, proudly supporting the athletes of Apex Gymnastics and Apex Acro & Tumbling. Established to encourage teamwork, leadership, and community spirit, our booster club helps ensure that every athlete has the opportunity to reach their full potential — both inside and outside the gym.

We currently support 29 athletes across our competitive gymnastics and acro & tumbling programs. Through fundraising, volunteer work, and community partnerships, we help offset the costs associated with training, competition travel, apparel, equipment, and team events. Our efforts allow families to focus on supporting their athletes, while we work together to make the experience more accessible and rewarding for all involved.

The Apex Booster Club hosts and participates in a variety of initiatives throughout the year, including raffles, sponsorship drives, team fundraisers, community outreach events, and social activities that bring athletes and families together. Every dollar raised directly benefits our teams — strengthening our program’s foundation and helping our athletes shine in local, regional, and national competitions.

Although we are registered with the State of Oklahoma and operate as a formal organization, we are not currently a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our board and members work with transparency and accountability to ensure all funds are used responsibly to support our athletes and promote the values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance that define the sport of gymnastics and acro & tumbling.
