We are the booster club for the J. Frank Dobie Early College Prep Middle School Fine Arts Programs located on the Northeast side of Austin, TX. Together with our students, teachers, parents, and community supporters, we are striving for a brighter future for our students in our Band, Dance, Guitar, Mariachi, Orchestra, and Theatre programs. In our community, 97% of our students and families come from an economically disadvantaged households. Our goal as a booster is to provide more opportunity and experienced for our students in a highly competitive and expensive endeavor. Success in Fine Arts bring success for the whole child, and can lead to better grades, social interactions, and scholarships.
