The name of the organization is the "Arroyo Valley High School Choral Music Booster". It shall also do business as "AVHSCMB". The organization is located at 1881 West Baseline Street, San Bernardino, CA 92411. AVHSCMB is organized in accordance with the revised California statues, as amended. The organization has not been formed for the making of any profit, or personal financial gain. The assets and income of the organizationshall not be distributable to, or benefit: trustees, directors, officers, or other individuals. The assets and incme shall only be used to promote corporate purposes as described. Nothing contained herein, however, shall be deemed to prohibit the payment of reasonable compensation to employees and independent contractors for services provided for the benefit of the organization. AVHSCMB shall not carry on any other activites not permitted to be carried by an organization exempt from federal income tax. The organization shall not endorse, contribute to, work for, or otherwise support (or oppose) a candidate for public office. The purpose of AVHSCMB is as follows:

AVHSCMB shall be for the development and financial support of choral music students. It shall be to help aid students, guardians, and families in the purchasing of educational materials and attending educational choral festivals/tours when necessary and appropriate. 

The organization is exclusively for purposes pursuant to code and section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service.
